Rsm3 Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Rsm3 operates as an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of casino games including slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, roulette, and other popular titles. All financial transactions on the rsm3 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). rsm3 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

The rsm3 platform is accessible via web browser on mobile phones, tablets, and laptops — no additional app installation required. rsm3 is not liable for any technical issues arising from the User's own device or internet connection.

To register and use rsm3's services, Users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• Must be legally capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not acting as an agent, broker, or intermediary on behalf of any other individual while using the rsm3 platform.
• Register in your own name only — not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Has never been permanently suspended or banned from the rsm3 platform for a prior breach of these Terms.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including their full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. rsm3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time — particularly before processing large withdrawals. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may face temporary account suspension.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at rsm3. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information — with the intent to abuse bonuses or circumvent platform limits — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension without any refund.

Rsm3 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). Our platform does not accept foreign payment methods or foreign currencies under any circumstances.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum cap on standard deposits; however, rsm3 reserves the right to request proof of funding source for deposits exceeding a specified amount. Deposit credits are typically processed within 3 minutes of payment confirmation by the respective payment service provider.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes on business days, subject to security checks that may be carried out by the rsm3 team. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit — this is a security measure to prevent money laundering.

• All winnings derived from real-money deposits may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover conditions.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Rsm3 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond rsm3's control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the User's account is under a security review, KYC verification is incomplete, or suspicious activity has been detected.
• Rsm3 reserves the right to decline or void any withdrawal request that is found to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Rsm3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, Weekly Reload Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Birthday Bonus, and Referral Bonus. Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms as stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types at rsm3:

• Eligibility: Bonuses may only be claimed by Users who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion. The Welcome Bonus, for example, is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit.
• One Claim Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms. rsm3 will void any duplicate claims found to have been made with fraudulent intent.
• Betting Limit While a Bonus Is Active: When an active bonus balance is present in a User's account, the maximum bet limit is RM 20 per slots spin or per table game hand. Winnings derived from bets exceeding this limit may be forfeited at rsm3's discretion.
• Rollover Requirement: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been met in full. Each game category contributes differently toward the rollover: Slots (100%), Live Casino including Baccarat and Roulette (20%), Table Games (10%), Progressive Jackpot Games (5%).
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a validity period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses whose rollover requirements are not completed within the validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice. Validity periods cannot be extended.
• rsm3's Rights: rsm3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. rsm3 also reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through fraudulent means or in breach of any condition set out in these Terms.

• In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on the User interface and rsm3's server records, the server records shall be considered final.
• The use of automated bots, third-party software that manipulates gameplay, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their rsm3 account. This includes keeping their password confidential, not sharing login credentials with any other party, and ensuring that no one else accesses their account without authorisation.

Rsm3 provides a two-factor authentication (2FA) feature that is strongly recommended for all users. By enabling 2FA, Users add an extra layer of security that protects their account from unauthorised access even if their password becomes known to another party.

• Users must notify rsm3 immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation, or if their password may have been compromised.
• Rsm3 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account resulting from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Users may request account closure at any time by contacting rsm3 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance in the account will be refunded to the User once the security review is complete.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 365 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10, until the account balance reaches zero. rsm3 will send an email notification to the User before any maintenance charges are applied.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the rsm3 platform. A breach of any item below may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the account:

• Multiple Account Registration: Registering or operating more than one rsm3 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using any strategy, method, or coordination with other users to abuse rsm3 bonuses or promotions, including bet hedging and the use of associates' accounts to illegitimately obtain referral bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the rsm3 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technological tool that confers an unfair advantage in games or in the use of the platform.
• False Information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• System Disruption: Attempting to hack, interfere with, modify, or damage any part of rsm3's systems, servers, or infrastructure.
• Support Abuse: Misusing rsm3's customer support channels — including filing false complaints, threatening support staff, or submitting fraudulent claims.

Rsm3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any User account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this Terms & Conditions document.
• Proven or strongly suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to verify identity when requested through the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Registration by individuals under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the User for responsible gaming reasons.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

In cases of suspension due to fraud or serious violations, rsm3 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account (including actual deposit balances). In cases of suspension on other legitimate grounds, the actual deposit balance will be returned to the User upon completion of the investigation, subject to any deductions that rsm3 reasonably determines to be necessary.
